Dr. Culpepper has been in public education for the past 25 years.  His career has covered each phase in education from the classroom to the state department.  His primary focus in education has been primarily in education technology, instructional technology, and career technology.  He has taught courses in television production, app design, broadcast media, and many other career tech fields. He has taught and trained educational professionals at various state education technology conferences in the Southeast with hands-on workshops, general sessions, and as a conference speaker. Dr. Culpepper is presently a district administrator with Technology and as a Student Assessment Director.
