BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Culpepper has been in public education for the past 22 years. His career has covered each phase in education from the classroom to the state department. His primary focus in education has been primarily in education technology and career technology. He has taught courses in television production, app design, broadcast media and many other career tech fields. During his tenure, he has students that have gone on to work with NFL teams, local news stations, major blockbuster films, and even prime time television. He has taught and trained educational professionals at multiple state education technology conferences through hands on workshops, general sessions, and as a conference speaker. Dr. Culpepper is presently working with the Alabama State Department of Education in the Child Nutrition Programs as an Education Specialist with Direct Certification, Federal Grants, Training, and Data Analysis.
