Dr. Niccole Hyatt leads a team of professionals to develop instructional design and learning interventions for academic institutions, governmental entities, and corporations (domestic and international).

Dr. Hyatt’s professional experience outside of the academy includes over twelve years in wireless telecommunications, where she led training development efforts that affected over 30,000 employees nationwide. In addition, Dr. Hyatt has also served as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant for a healthcare institution where she directed all non-clinical training efforts for approximately 17,000 employees, to include the staff satisfaction and engagement survey.

Dr. Hyatt is based in Savannah, Georgia and enjoys traveling whenever possible.
