Dr. Hyatt’s professional experience outside of the academy includes over a decade in wireless telecommunications, primarily with AT&T, where she led training development efforts that impacted over 30,000 employees nationwide. In addition, Dr. Hyatt has served as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where she directed all non-clinical training efforts for approximately 17,000 employees, which included the development and implementation of the staff satisfaction survey. Dr. Hyatt has taught at the collegiate level since 2004.
