Bio:
Julia Chaney has been working in health and wellness for over 20 years.  She currently owns her own wellness business which focuses on mind-body formats, such as Tai Chi, trauma-sensitive yoga, and dance, to help people's overall health and to help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress syndrome.  She currently lives in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with her husband, two children, two dogs, and one cat.
