A U.S. Navy veteran with over a decade of experience across defense, academia, and the tech industry, Dr. Luitèl brings a mission-driven mindset to every setting. His work is grounded in the belief that technology must serve the public good—securely, ethically, and at scale.
As a part-time Professor at the University of the Cumberlands, Dr. Luitèl lectures in graduate-level courses on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
