Dr. Angela Campbell is a scholar-practitioner and educator whose work centers on systems change, child welfare, racial equity, and student success. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit and community-based organizations, her work focuses on developing and advancing equitable strategies that improve outcomes for system-impacted youth and underserved communities.

Dr. Campbell’s professional background includes child welfare racial equity, foster youth postsecondary transition support, housing stability, disability services, and cross-sector collaboration. In recognition of her impact, she was a recipient of the 2023 Social Worker Appreciation of Greatness Award. She is deeply committed to preparing the next generation of social workers to think critically about structural inequities, engage ethically with complex systems, and design innovative, sustainable solutions that promote access, persistence, and long-term success.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Campbell enjoys writing poetry, traveling, and engaging in spiritual wellness practices. She teaches remotely from Pennsylvania.
