Fall 2027 Apps Are Open!

Cumberlands students don't have to worry if college is worth it! The application cycle for on-campus Fall 2027 students is now open! Are you ready to be a Patriot? 

Dr. Brandi Anderson is an educational leader whose professional interests include educational leadership, school culture, and organizational effectiveness. Her recent research examined the correlation between leadership and school culture, reflecting her commitment to fostering positive, collaborative learning environments where students and educators can thrive.

Dr. Anderson's professional experience in education has been centered on servant leadership, continuous improvement, and supporting student success. She is passionate about developing strong school communities grounded in collaboration, integrity, and purpose. Her work is guided by her faith, as she strives to put Christ first in every aspect of her personal and professional life.

A resident of London, Kentucky, Anderson has been married to her husband, Jerome, for 24 years. Together, they cherish spending time with their family, especially their grandbabies (Harper, Waylon, Stella, & Romi Kate). She enjoys traveling, discovering new experiences, relaxing poolside in the sunshine, and embracing the many blessings God has provided. Anderson also shares her home with Yohanna, a German Shepherd, and Snickers, a Sheepadoodle, while Dexter, the family's beloved Great Pyrenees grand-dog, is always a welcome visitor.

Among her favorite memories at the University of the Cumberlands are participating in field trips with students and sharing meals in the AMAZING campus cafeteria. More importantly, she values the University's Christ-centered mission and the supportive, encouraging community that makes the institution a meaningful place to pursue higher education.
