Dr. Waters has focused her career on information security, information technology, data management, application implementation, and application administration. She has over 10 years of collegiate teaching, 5 years of experience as a course developer/SME and multiple years as a dissertation mentor/committee member .She also has several years of accounting experience which includes budgeting and forecasting. Her research is focused in the areas of cyber security and network security and has an interest in Blockchain and new areas related to databases. She enjoys traveling in Europe, reading, swimming, sailing and is an avid fan of soccer.
