Dr. James O. Webb, Jr. has over 22 years of professional service within the Department of Defense (DoD) and eight years of teaching Doctoral Students at various Universities and Colleges. Served as the Director (GS-15/10), Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) -Bluegrass, Headquartered at Fort Campbell, Ky.  

Dr. James O. Webb, Jr. is an advocate for new and emerging technologies.  Current projects include working with Amazon Web Services on the adoption of the use of BlockChain as a service (BAAS) and the Interoperability between Blockchains.  

Dr. Webb is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and also a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Webb is well-versed in various research methods.
