Dr. Issa joined The University of the Cumberlands in October 2022 as an adjunct professor teaching several undergraduate courses in computer science. He worked in the industry for 18 years, during which he held different software development and management positions. His teaching interest includes software development and programming. His research area includes software automation, development, and computer architecture. Dr. Issa earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a master's degree in data science from the University of California at Berkeley. He authored and co-authored several conference and journal papers.
