Dr. K. Holland is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI ®) and Change Management Professional (Prosci ®) with 20+ years of field experience with in the Federal, private, and public sectors. While employed with Department of Defense, he has served in multiple positions as a Program and Project Manager; served as the Director of NATO Training and Education-Afghanistan Ministries, and as the Chief of Staff -Logistics Management- in foreign countries on behalf of the United States. He has advised and consulted key senior stakeholders at various levels in organization development/management, logistics, and education and training. Leveraging his vast levels of organizational development and change management initiative exposure, he has successfully led and supported major developmental projects in both the U.S. and abroad, directly supported foreign governments.  Dr. Holland’s education includes a Doctor of Leadership and Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Training from Southern Illinois University.  He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
