Dr. Boston serves as an adjunct professor for graduate education and is grateful to be part of the University of the Cumberlands family. Dr. Boston is also the Director of Special Programs and District School Safety Coordinator for Bardstown City Schools in Bardstown, KY. He is also the Director of the district’s police department, the Bardstown City Schools Department of Law Enforcement Services. He has served over a decade in school administration at the district level.

His professional interests include school district leadership, school safety, serving on various boards and committees related to educational leadership, and building lasting relationships with the staff and families of his school district, along with the students he instructs in his courses here at the university. He firmly believes that relationships are at the heart of all things we do, and it is important to put in the time to make them as positive as possible. 

Dr. Boston is married with three beautiful daughters. When not working or teaching, he enjoys going to the gym, reading, spending time with family and friends.
