Dr. Temilola “Lola” Longe is an artificial intelligence scholar, educator, and responsible AI strategist whose work focuses on AI governance, responsible AI, machine learning, generative AI literacy, and human-centered AI adoption. Her scholarship and professional work examine how individuals, institutions, and organizations can responsibly evaluate, adopt, and govern artificial intelligence technologies.
Dr. Longe holds faculty appointments at multiple universities in the United States, where she teaches and contributes to curriculum development in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies. She serves as a Lecturer of Practice in Practical AI and Intelligent Automation, helping students apply AI concepts to real-world organizational and industry contexts. She also serves as a DBA Research Chair, supporting doctoral-level research, scholarly development, and applied inquiry.
In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Longe serves as an Advisory Board Member for Emerging Technology, contributing to initiatives focused on responsible innovation, technology strategy, and AI-enabled workforce development. Her professional background spans technology engineering, cloud infrastructure, data-driven systems, and applied artificial intelligence.
Dr. Longe is the founder of SAFER AI Protocol, an initiative focused on responsible AI governance, AI literacy, and human oversight. Through this work, she developed the SAFER AI Protocol, a structured framework that supports evaluation, accountability, evidence-based decision-making, and responsible human reliance on AI-generated outputs.
