Dr. Michael Dale is a 20-year veteran of the technology and project management field where he has spent his career as a certified leadership coach, certified engineer, consultant, and trainer.  As a consultant, Dr. Dale has assisted several Fortune 500 companies with transforming their business by leading major technology change initiatives.  As a trainer, Dr. Dale has created and taught advanced project management curriculums at major Higher-Ed institutions.  Dr. Dale is a former president of Project Management Institute (PMI) of Central Alabama, and currently serving as an active board member.

As a consultant, Dr. Dale leads strategic program and project initiatives in various business domains including healthcare, banking, insurance, federal, state and local government.  Dr. Dale focuses on creating, planning and executing complex projects that involve strategic objectives, shared governance, and mature project management practices.

Dr. Dale resides in the Birmingham-Metro, Alabama area. He is married with 2 school aged children and 2 adult children. In his free time, he enjoys serving the local community by participating on city government boards, helping in church administration and working in a 501c3 organization founded by his wife.
