Dr. Spurlock has over ten years online teaching experience in public administration, political science, and government. Dr. Spurlock has extensive management experience gained from a career in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Spurlock has over thirteen years’ experience in state government as an administrator overseeing a business unit in a regulatory environment.
Dr. Spurlock and his family enjoy a quiet life outside of Atlanta, Georgia including two rescued Rhodesian Ridgebacks who keep them on their toes.
