Dr. Paalz teaches leadership at the University of the Cumberlands, with emphasis in ministry leadership, missions, international engagement, and K–12 educational leadership. His teaching connects leadership theory with applied practice, equipping students to lead with character, discernment, and effective communication in educational and ministry settings.
In addition to his university teaching, Dr. Paalz serves as an educational technology coach and trainer in a large Georgia public school district, where he supports teachers and administrators through professional learning, instructional design, and digital integration that strengthens student engagement. He is also active in student ministry, mentoring high school students and developing Bible teaching resources. Dr. Paalz is married with two children.
