Dr. Guillory is a fiscal operations professional and Managing Director–level public sector consultant with more than a decade of experience advising healthcare systems, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations on financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. His professional work includes oversight of large federally funded programs and government contracts, with emphasis on internal controls, audit readiness, and accountability in highly regulated environments. Grounded in strategic management principles, he integrates Lean Six Sigma and data-driven process improvement methods to enhance transparency, efficiency, service delivery outcomes, and stakeholder value.
Dr. Guillory’s research examines the strategic management of remote work flexibility and its relationship to labor market outcomes, with emphasis on Results-Only Work Environments (ROWE), digital resilience, workforce adaptability, and employment trends. His teaching also explores customer satisfaction management, service quality, and stakeholder experience strategies that strengthen organizational trust and long-term value. A native of southwest Louisiana and now residing in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Guillory brings both regional perspective and national insight to his work.
