Ryan Hanley teaches in the area of biblical studies and theology, seeking to help students understand the Christian faith and make it their own. He and his wife Kathleen have five children and have served together for the last 15 years in college and young couples ministry. Before coming to UC in 2021, Ryan held various positions in Louisville, KY, teaching at Boyce College, overseeing instructional design for Southern Seminary's online department, and also as an administrator for their research doctoral program.
Ryan is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society and serves as the Old Testament book review editor for the Journal of Biblical and Theological Studies.
