Dr. Addison is currently working as as assistant superintendent, director of federal programs, director of special education and principal at a school in Norton, VA. Previously, Dr. Addison worked in various PK-12/central office positions including, director of finance, assistant principal, mathematics teacher and collaborative special education teacher. Dr. Addison worked in sales, graduate medical education, and non-profit business before switching to a career in education. Dr. Addison continues to conduct seminars and professional development presentations for organizations in the tri-state region.

Dr. Addison lives in Norton, VA with his wife and two sons. In his leisure time, Dr. Addison loves to run, read, and spend time with his family. Dr. Addison and his family are passionately involved in the work of their local church.
