I have over twenty plus years of experience in the Information Technology arena; Enterprise Architect, and Information technology strategic planning, development, and delivery.  Extensive Project Management experience, including the ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments and sites serving a variety of diverse needs. Strong IT infrastructure and project management backgrounds to onboard prospective merger and acquisition candidates from an IT point of view. Serves as the lead analyst to determine the needs from an infrastructure perspective and report the findings to leadership. Lead all infrastructure meetings with target facility to determine current infrastructure and review existing budget and strategic plans. Worked with other Baptist Health resources to gather data and provide the information in a concise report that will be used to inform Executive Leadership and the Baptist Health Board of potential issues with the prospective merger and acquisition (M&A) target.
