Zouhir Jalal, 20 years of Financial , Logistics and Project Management with Government and Private sectors. Currently, Dr. Jalal is working as Corporate Budget Lead with US Navy. Previously, he worked as Financial Manager supporting an IT Acquisition Program within US Navy, he also worked as Financial Management Specialist supporting FEMA programs. Dr. Jalal is a NAVY veteran with 15 years of military service , he was assigned to multiples duties stations including Norfolk Naval Base and Fort Belvoir VA.
He is also certified as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and CompTIA Project Plus. He is currently preparing to pass CPA, and CIA.
