Clear brings a practical approach to leadership, sharing why lasting change starts with small, consistent actions.

“If you can get 1 percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done,” says James Clear in his #1 New York Times bestselling book Atomic Habits. “Conversely, if you get 1 percent worse each day for one year, you’ll decline nearly down to zero.”

Consistent habits compound into remarkable results—that’s the core of Clear’s message, one that has resonated around the world. His book has sold more than 25 million copies globally.

This spring, Clear will share those insights and more during the annual Excellence in Leadership event at University of the Cumberlands, sponsored by the Forcht Group of Kentucky.

The event will be held on Tuesday, March 24th, at 7:00 p.m. in the O. Wayne Rollins Center at Cumberlands. All are welcome to attend. Tickets are free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested at https://ucumberlands.edu/tickets beginning February 24 for faculty and staff and March 3 at 10 a.m. for the community.
