Whatever you need, we have it – laundry facilities, plenty of WiFi bandwidth, vending machines, homey spaces, friendly RAs, and your new best friends who will walk through the next four years of life with you. 

Women's Halls

Asher Hall

Asher Hall is home to more than 140 female students. In 2019, Asher Hall was furnished with brand new  chairs, sofas, and study tables in the lobby area and each of the suites. Each suite is arranged with three double-occupancy rooms, making this a desirable choice for upperclassmen who have formed close friendships throughout their time here at UC. In addition, Asher Hall is the only women's dorm containing a kitchen and has convenient placement on the academic side of campus.

Archer Hall

Archer Hall is home to more than 150 female students. Archer's lobby has recently been redecorated and furnished with numerous chairs, sofas and study tables. The new updates to the large lobby area makes this one of the most popular common areas on campus. Archer is especially desirable because of the versatility of the dorm beds and student access to the hall's kitchen.

Gillespie Hall

Gillespie Hall is home to more than 100 female freshman students. This building has many unique features as it is a historical treasure here on campus. A most desirable trait of this residence hall is the homey feel that it provides for residents, with its various-sized rooms and numerous lobby areas. The pool table and living room space provided in the side lobby area are just bonuses to the overall comfort of this dorm.

Hutton Hall

Hutton Hall is home to almost 100 female students. This dorm has many features for students to enjoy, such as a computer room, vending area, and a movie room. Hutton Hall also has a sizeable lobby area for students to relax, watch TV, or study with friends. The large lobby windows provide a great view of campus, making Hutton Hall a desirable choice for students.

Moss Hall

Located in the center of campus, Moss Hall is the first and most picturesque of the residence halls. Home to approximately 30 female residents, Moss Hall, is well-liked for its spacious lobby area and grand staircase. The beautiful lobby is a popular gathering place for students from all over campus.

Templeton-Adams Hall

Templeton-Adams Hall, formerly the Cumberland Inn, currently serves as a living community for undergraduate women. Templeton-Adams residents enjoy the spacious rooms, private bathrooms, beautiful lobby area with two levels for study and leisure, as well as convenient access to Pete's Eats. This residence hall also features elevators in both Templeton and Adams wings.

Men's Halls

Harth Hall

Harth Hall is home to nearly 100 female residents and has remained a favorite choice for women here on campus. Harth residents enjoy the many amenities the hall has to offer, such as a ping pong table, immense lobby area, computer room, and workout room. Harth Hall also offers one handicap bathroom on each floor and an elevator to make these amenities more accessible to all students.

Kleist Hall

Kleist Hall is home to nearly 100 male students. Kleist Hall is a popular choice for junior and senior men who enjoy the greater privacy of an 8-person, 4-room suite, each with its own lounge area and bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a large vending area to relax or study in, as well as an immense lobby area.

Mahan Hall

Mahan Hall is home to nearly 115 male students. Mahan residents particularly enjoy the single, double, and three-person rooms available in this residence hall and the ping pong table provided in the lobby. In addition to the many amenities within the dorm, Mahan Hall also features an outdoor basketball court just steps from the front door.

Robinson-Cook Hall

Robinson-Cook Hall is the largest residence hall on campus, housing more than 200 male freshman students. Robinson-Cook residents enjoy the modern appeal of the newly refurbished lobby area located on the Robinson side of the residence hall and updated computer lab containing brand new furniture and computers. In addition to the many amenities within the dorm, Robinson-Cook features a sand volleyball court right outside the residence hall.

  • Capacity / Dimensions: In A, G, B, and H Sections, the front rooms (rooms 1 and 2) are 12’ x 18’ and can accommodate 3 students, back rooms (rooms 3 and 4) are 13’ x 10’ and can accommodate 2 students. In I Section, rooms are 24’ x 10’, which is 24’ x 7’, and house 1-3 students

All residence halls are smoke free. Ethernet and wireless internet connections. Laundry facilities on campus can be used by Rob-Cook resident students free of charge. 

Siler Hall

Siler Hall houses over 100 male students and remains one of the most preferred residence halls due to its large rooms and spacious front lobby. Siler lobby is a desirable common area for many students due to the new installments of a Roku TV and pool table for all residential students to enjoy.
