Executive Master's in Project Management

Take a Leadership Role in Your Organization!

Ineffective project management is the bane of many organizations. It’s the failure to apply resources — human and material — in a timely manner to company-wide problems. It’s the razor-thin margin between failure and success. Every one of these resource problems can be alleviated by effective executive leadership from a professional trained in project management techniques.

Be the leader your organization needs with an Executive Master of Science in Project Management from University of the Cumberlands and give yourself the boost you need to take your career to the next level!

By exploring practical tactics and theories in project management, you’ll learn the best practices you need to lead projects and initiatives throughout your company. Through the in-class curriculum and applied learning practicums taken every semester, your executive format program covers everything from organizational behavior to marketing management to an in-depth examination of every step of the project management process. Upon completion of this executive format program, you’ll have advanced your understanding of project management practices and will be able to do the following:
  • Initiate, plan, monitor, control and close any project at any level — from start to finish
  • Use evaluative techniques to analyze and solve issues at every step
  • Apply research skills to investigate issues involved in the effective use of project management techniques
  • Identify your ethical and legal responsibilities as a business leader
